- Return shipping costs (both ways) are the responsibility of the customer.
- Products must be in their original condition, unwashed, unstained, and undamaged.
- If you exchange for a product of a different price, the store will charge the higher price.

Please write the following information clearly on the parcel bag and send it together with your return package:

Warning: Please remember to include a note with your return package indicating that this is an exchange. This is important because we also receive parcels being returned due to failed delivery, and without this note, it may cause confusion at the store.
